Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of BrowserBox, a cloud-based remote browser isolation service operated by DOSAYGO Corporation, a United States corporation ("Company," "we," "us"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Service Description

BrowserBox provides remote browser isolation ("RBI") through cloud-hosted Chromium browser instances streamed to your client. The Service includes:

• Ephemeral browser sessions billed per minute of usage
• A REST API for programmatic session management
• An embeddable web component (<browserbox-webview>) for integration
• A free demo tier with limited session duration and rate limits

3. Accounts and API Keys

Paid access requires an API key issued upon purchase. You are responsible for keeping your API key confidential. You are liable for all activity conducted under your key. Notify us immediately at security@dosaygo.com if you believe your key has been compromised.

4. Billing and Payment

• Minute packs are one-time purchases. Minutes do not expire and are non-refundable except as described below.
• Subscription plans are billed monthly and may be cancelled at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• All payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. You agree to Stripe's Terms of Service.
• Session refunds: When you programmatically delete a session, unused minutes (allocated minus consumed, rounded up) are credited back to your balance.
• We do not offer cash refunds for unused minute balances. In cases of service failure attributable to us, contact billing@dosaygo.com for credit.

5. Acceptable Use

You may not use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights
• Distribute malware, engage in phishing, or conduct cyberattacks
• Circumvent export controls, sanctions, or trade restrictions
• Scrape, crawl, or automate access to third-party services in violation of their terms
• Attempt to bypass rate limits, session controls, or authentication mechanisms
• Use the Service in any way that damages, disables, or impairs our infrastructure

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access immediately for violations without prior notice.

6. Export Controls and Sanctions

The Service is subject to U.S. export control and sanctions laws. You represent that you are not located in, or a national or resident of, any country subject to comprehensive U.S. sanctions, and that you are not on any U.S. government restricted-party list. We implement identity verification for certain access tiers to enforce compliance.

7. Intellectual Property

BrowserBox, its source code, documentation, branding, and all related intellectual property are owned by DOSAYGO Corporation. The Service is not open source. All usage requires a valid license. You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works of the Service.

8. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Browser sessions are ephemeral — we do not store browsing data after session termination. See the Privacy Policy for details on what data we collect and how it is used.

9. Service Availability

We target high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The Service is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated via email when possible. We are not liable for downtime caused by third-party infrastructure providers (Google Cloud Platform, Stripe, etc.).

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, DOSAYGO Corporation shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DOSAYGO Corporation, its officers, directors, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms or applicable law. Upon termination, your API key will be revoked and any remaining minute balance will be forfeited. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting billing@dosaygo.com.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the email associated with your API key or posted on this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
