These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of BrowserBox, a cloud-based remote browser isolation service operated by DOSAYGO Corporation, a United States corporation ("Company," "we," "us"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
BrowserBox provides remote browser isolation ("RBI") through cloud-hosted Chromium browser instances streamed to your client. The Service includes:

The Service is subject to U.S. export control and sanctions laws. You represent that you are not located in, or a national or resident of, any country subject to comprehensive U.S. sanctions, and that you are not on any U.S. government restricted-party list. We implement identity verification for certain access tiers to enforce compliance.
BrowserBox, its source code, documentation, branding, and all related intellectual property are owned by DOSAYGO Corporation. The Service is not open source. All usage requires a valid license. You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works of the Service.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Browser sessions are ephemeral — we do not store browsing data after session termination. See the Privacy Policy for details on what data we collect and how it is used.
We target high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The Service is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated via email when possible. We are not liable for downtime caused by third-party infrastructure providers (Google Cloud Platform, Stripe, etc.).
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, DOSAYGO Corporation shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DOSAYGO Corporation, its officers, directors, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms or applicable law. Upon termination, your API key will be revoked and any remaining minute balance will be forfeited. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting billing@dosaygo.com.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the email associated with your API key or posted on this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
